- Talk duration?
- 60 minute slot: Aim for 45 minutes to leave 10 minutes for questions and 5 minutes to change rooms
- 30 minute slot: Aim for 20 minutes with 5 minutes of QA
- Connectors:
- All rooms use HDMI. Make sure to bring a cable/adapter
- All projects are 16:9
- European power outlets – bring your adapters. Also keep in mind EU is 230V (should be fine for nearly any modern device, but if you’re coming from the US double check it accepts 110-230V)
- Masterclass rooms have digital whiteboards
- Draft submission deadline
- For talks, October 14th 2024 (end of day)
- For master classes, October 7th 2024 (end of day)
- The draft doesn’t have to be complete, an outline of the content is sufficient (it’s a draft, after all!). The draft will not be shared or published; it is only for us to estimate readiness. Please send your draft to: AGMgpc@buas.nl

- There’s no prescribed slide template for the presentation itself
- However: We will provide a title slide closer to the conference which we expect all speakers to use
